In summer time, long weekends, New Year’s Eve, Christmas or Easter time a deposit is required at the time of booking.

If reservation is cancelled more than seven (7) days prior the arrival, the deposit shall be refunded in the amount of the deposit less the bank fees.

If reservation is cancelled seven to three days before arrival, 50% of the deposit amount shall be refunded.

If reservation is cancelled less than three (3) days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
